The d-head, the creep, the weirdo and the perve.
I don't know why, but when me and Toni go out together something weird always happens and Sunday night was the weirdest of them all. Basically the whole evening was shaped by 4 foreigners: a d-head, a creep, a weirdo and a perve. I am a foreigner myself here in China, but when I observe people's behavior it doesn't surprise me why some Chinese hate foreigners. The d-head: We were having dinner at an italian restaurant and there was a foreigner at a table next to ours, that kept complaining to the waitress about his pizza. I get the point that he ordered the pizza and it took some time to be served, but you don't have to scream and toss your hands in the air and have your nostrils go super huge with anger. It's just a pizza, and even if you are hungry there's no excuse to treat people as if they are slaves. The creep: During the time we were in Starbucks exploiting the free wi-fi we witnessed a foreigner trying to hook a chinese girl sitting next to us. A guy past his middle-age imposing into the privacy of a 20 year old chinese girl, who was clearly busy doing something on her laptop. She talked to him a while, but when she left the guy followed her. Creepy! The weirdo: After Starbucks we took the subway to our next destination. While taking the subway, there was a foreigner that analyzed us while boarding the train. When we got off at our station the guy followed us, taking the escalator next to the one we did. His hit line was:"hey we got off the same station!! Where are you from?May be we are going to the same place?" Not interested. The perve: Ahhhh and the cherry of the evening. We finished our stroll around the city in a bar: having nice talk, drinking beer and having a male diving competition broad-casted on a huge screen right in front of us. I mean, really, what can be better?!! Everything was great, until a guy named Erin approached our table, looking in Toni's eyes and asking what's her name. Turns out Toni is a name of a sexy, beautiful girl. By the end of the talk he asked for Toni's number. Toni's Chinese side kicked in and she just was blank to his obnoxious behavior. So i told the guy that he can have my number, since Toni doesn't go out without me. Hearing that he got really happy and said:"Oh buy one, get one free!!! Niiice"Whaaattt???! Now I have a phone contact that says Creepy Wanderbar guy and a message:"Im quite drunk and saying goodbye to my friend but ur pretty cool. Next time ur around i hope we can get together sexy girl". And that's someone's teacher.I don't even have enough words to comment upon these behaviors...This is a majority proportion of foreigners in China, especially men... The sad part is that their behavior casts a shadow of biased opinion upon all foreigners that come to China...
