passionate about people and leadership, I started my journey driven to gain as much experience as possible

 

And so I did. From university benches I was active in community organizing, and interested in the social sciences. As a result I have been actively involved with human rights and social movements in my home-country Moldova.

In 2014, after gaining international and educational experience, I have started working diligently on my professional expertise and skills. I began my role as design ops, and today I am leading a marketing team communicating to over 600,000+ users worldwide.

Sport and healthy lifestyle has allowed me to practice discipline over and over again. It is a skill that transfers seamlessly to other areas of life, particularly that of professional domain.

Working in creative digital sphere taught me to put aside ego and focus on what is best for the brand and product. I value feedback, especially negative one. I think it’s the most valuable piece of information a brand or person can receive for free.

Building communication and organizational culture is one of the most challenging and rewarding processes. I truly believe that work can bring joy when there is respect and appreciation on human level.
