The beginning.

His name isn't Marley, but let's face it, it's not about the name, it's the experience, the moments you bond with him...the moments he licks your face and humps your leg...joking:)
Bobby came in my life unexpectedly. He was what you might call an "unplanned child". He is actually not my dog. My chinese god-brother bought it for himself as his birthday gift. Not even a week passed, as i was having dinner with his family and Bobby was there. My god brother asked me"Do you want to take him to your apartment?" I thought he was joking as in "Ain't he so cute? Wouldnt you take him home with you?" So I said yes. Next thing I know Im holding the dog's food, vitamins, bowl and bed.
There are some things you need to know about Bobby. He is a 1 month old Chow Chow. Yeah you're right, the one that looks like a bear and is very puffy. He loves to chew on my slippers and sleep next to my bed. He follows me around the apartment and basically acts like an overprotective boyfriend. I never had a dog in my life. I'm a cat person. With cats it's easy- they're independent, can manage on their own, while with dogs(after 3 days with Bobby) it feels like a full time job.
You know the moments you find yourself alone with an animal staring at you and you staring back, and you realize that this is the moment of truth: who is going to master whom?!...that was my first evening with Bobby.
Next morning. 7 am: I wake up because someone was licking my feet. I ignored Bobby and his whimpering. And how sorry I was. At 8:30 am, when I woke up, I discovered that all my living room floor was peed and pooped. 1:0 for Bobby.
But the battle continues....
